What is your service area?
We are based in Melksham and we cover the surrounding area anything up to 15 miles away, primarily: Bath, Bradford on Avon, Trowbridge, Calne, Chippenham, Corsham, Devizes, Frome, Lyneham, Melksham, Warminster, Westbury and surrounding places.
Do you take Card Payment?
Yes we take both cash and card payment.
Do you only clean cars?
We primarily clean cars, however we are also happy to clean other vehicles, vans, lorries, farming vehicles, construction vehicles, etc.
How long does a clean or detail take?
It completely depends on several factors, the type of vehicle that you have, how dirty it is and the type of clean or detail that you require, we will estimate how long it will take when you book the clean or detail.
What is the difference between a clean and a detail?
A detail is basically just a really thorough clean, most people are more than happy with a standard clean, but some car enthusiasts prefer a full detail, also if the vehicle is particularly dirty it may also require a more thorough detail.
Do I need to bring my vehicle to you?
No, we are mobile so we will come to you saving you the time and effort of having to travel to get your vehicle cleaned.
Where will you get water from?
We will require somewhere to connect our hose pipe, but don't worry if you don't have an outside tap, we can connect to most inside taps.
What information will I need to book a clean or detail?
We will need your full name, address, registration of the vehicle that you want cleaned and a few photos of the vehicle so that we can estimate how long the clean will take.
Is it safe to wash the engine bay?
As long as it is done properly, for example never use a pressure washer to clean your engine as it may force water into places that could cause damage, if in doubt then get a professional to clean it for you, this is a service that we offer.
Are you able to remove stains from the carpet and cloth seats?
Yes, usually we are able to remove or at least considerably reduce stains, we cannot guarantee that we can remove a stain because it depends on what caused the stain but we can usually remove common things like mud stains, sweat stains, food & drink stains as well as many others.
Will you wash my vehicle safely so as not to scratch it?
Yes unlike some other car washes we use expert methods to avoid causing scratches, and don't worry we do not use sponges!
Do I need to prepare the vehicle for cleaning?
Not really, the only thing that we ask is that you remove personal items from the vehicle before we arrive.
I have more than one vehicle that needs cleaning, can you clean multiple vehicles on the same day?
Yes we can clean multiple vehicles, however if you have a large number of vehicles it may take multiple days to clean them.
